Authentic conversations with community leaders to inspire, inform and connect.
Itβs about sharing the real story.
Stories inspire. They teach. They connect.
In 2020 with a bold idea to start a podcast, Glaze and Grit was formed. Conversations where business owners, thought leaders, advocates, and visionaries shared their lessons learned and provided a fresh perspective to better inform and support others in their journey. Too often, we measure our progress against someone elseβs end result.
We laughed at the messiness of life and were left inspired by the enduring hope and determination of challenging seasons.
We grabbed the beverage of our choosing and dove in.
Glaze and Grit started with a conversation. An honest one.
After two years of storytelling through the means of a podcast, the conversations through Glaze and Grit have come to a close. I cannot tell you how appreciative and grateful I am to the guests on the show that took the time to share their stories with you and me. There would be no Glaze and Grit without them.
What you will now find on these pages is a podcast that was streamed out of a vibrant Midwestern city where honest and real conversations were front and center. These conversations centered around sharing the real story of Fargo-Moorhead area community leaders to inspire, lead, and encourage.
These conversations are a footprint of legacy for our community and my hope is they continue to inspire you to chart your own adventures with boldness and courage.
We hope you enjoy.
The glaze and the grit.
